We offer a full refund for all seminar programs as long as we are notified 30 days prior to
the paid program.
We give a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations that take place at
least 8 days prior to program. If we are notified less than eight days prior to a seminar, no
refund will be issued but clients have the option of applying the full credit to a future class
if they are unable to attend. 'No shows' will also receive full-credit towards a future program.
No refunds will be issued for 'no-shows.'
Those with credit (due to cancellation) should email Don@thePeopleCompanyaz.com or
call (480) 278-9778 to alert us to the client's prior payment to The People Companyaz.
Scheduling onsite training programs and consulting fee policy:
For all consulting contracts, 50% of the fee is due on the scheduling date and 50%
due upon arrival at client's business. The meeting must be cancelled a minimum of 30 days
prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund of the initial 50% fee.
If the meeting is cancelled within 2 weeks or less of the scheduled date, the initial fee is
non-refundable but may be applied to future training. The client will be responsible for any
and all travel and lodging expenses incurred.
